About Me
With over 20 years of experience in psychology and leadership, I am passionate about helping leaders and organizations maximize their well-being and performance.
I specialize in helping leaders deepen their self-awareness, strengthen their emotional intelligence, and navigate complex organizational and interpersonal dynamics.
As a psychologist and ICF-certified coach, I leverage my knowledge of the science of well-being, evidence-based coaching models, and my expertise in cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches in my coaching and consulting.
My leadership and coaching skills are also informed by my experience as an Army officer, where I led soldiers in demanding environments through periods of uncertainty and volatility.
As a facilitator and TEDx speaker, I share my insights and stories on leadership, mental health, well-being, and resilience.
