About Me
I HAVE BEEN LEADING AND COACHING...
leaders in some capacity for my entire career. As an Army officer, I had the privilege of leading soldiers in demanding environments through periods of uncertainty and volatility. I continue to apply lessons learned from my time in service to my leadership and coaching.
As a licensed clinical psychologist with 20+ years of experience, I have provided evidence-based cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based psychotherapy to help clients be their most successful and thriving selves.
And as a seasoned leader in higher education, I apply my expertise in psychology and leadership in support of university communities.
As a coach, I help leaders find a different, more advantageous, and mindful vantage point – to see themselves, their relationships, and their situations from new perspectives in ways that jumpstart their progress.
